Return Policy

All returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds can be made as an exchange or back to the payment method used. If done by credit, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund.

All returns must be made in their original packaging and in their original condition.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or a proof of purchase.

All tank sales are final. No refunds on aquariums.

Items that cannot be returned include:

Gift Cards, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Frozen Food, Live Food, Discontinued Items, Livestock
